Use the musical alphabet to help you memorize the notes: Learn where the notes lie on the piano keyboard. Try to remember the musical alphabet going forward and backward, just the first seven letters of the alphabet (A, B, C, D, E, F, G) and repeat.
It helps if you play on the keys and say out loud and making sure you say the same name as the key you’re playing!
